小型燃煤锅炉和热风炉烟气脱硫脱硝及除尘技术应用--以山西省阳煤集团新景矿芦湖南热风房改造设计为例

This paper introduces the small coal-fired boiler desulfurization and denitration dust removal method, Through an engineering example of process are analyzed, The results show that the multi-tube dust catcher and spray tower scattering processing equipment, Flue gas dust removal processing efficiency of 99. 5%, the desulfurization efficiency of 94%, Adopting SNCR denitration technology, the denitration efficiency of 50%. The operation and a high degree of automation, It′s a good development prospect of flue gas treatment technology.%介绍了小型燃煤锅炉脱硫脱硝及除尘方法，通过工程实例对工艺进行了分析，结果表明，采用多管除尘器＋喷淋散射塔处理设备，烟气的除尘处理效率为99．5％，脱硫效率为94％，采用SNCR脱硝技术，脱硝效率为50％。该工艺运行自动化程度高，是一种发展前景较好的烟气处理工艺。
