基于互补资产的企业集群技术创新饥制研究

摘要

Complementary assets are an important component of technology innovation system of enterprise clusters. Technological innovation performances can be enhanced by promoting enterprise clusters to share their complementary assets because parts of these assets are provided by productivity promotion center, business incubator and industry association. The productivity promotion center can bring in external innovation sources and offer generic technology, and innovative information; the busi- ness incubator provides operation sites, channels of financial and financing, the service of skill training, relevant network of entrepreneur, and close relationship with the universities and institutes. Industry association can protect inteUectual property rights and maintain innovation environments, formulate industry standard and develop human resources.%互补资产是企业集群技术创新体系的重要组成部分。通过促进集群中企业共享互补资产，可以提高企业技术创新绩效，因为它们中的一部分由集群中的生产力促进中心、企业孵化器、行业协会等中介服务机构提供，而生产力促进中心能够引进外部创新源，提供共性技术和创新信息；企业孵化器提供经营场地、财务与融资的渠道、创业技能训练服务，提供创业家的相关网络、与大学及科研机构密切的关系；行业协会则可以保护知识产权维护创新环境，制定行业标准和开发人力资源等。
