低密度聚乙烯/马铃薯淀粉塑料的加工工艺与性能研究

         

摘要

考察了双辊塑炼工艺、淀粉预处理、工艺路线等对低密度聚乙烯(PE-LD)/马铃薯淀粉塑料中淀粉分散情况及力学性能的影响.结果表明,调整双辊塑炼工艺无法改善淀粉“团聚”的现象;淀粉经干燥并经质量分数为1%的偶联剂处理后,无明显结块,淀粉塑料冲击强度较处理前提高约44%,拉伸强度提高25%;将PE-LD与马铃薯淀粉在双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒后压制成型,材料性能优于经双辊塑炼再压制的材料,但有泛黄倾向.制得的PE-LD/马铃薯淀粉塑料白度高,淀粉分散性好,可代替玉米淀粉塑料应用于白度要求较高的包装领域.%Effects of double roller plaslicizing parameters, slarch pre-treatment and processing route on starch dispersion & mechanical properties of PE-LD/potato starch plastic were investigated respectively. The experimental results showed that adjustment of double roller plasticizing parameters was useless for reducing starch agglomeration. The agglomeration of potato starch which was dried and treated by coupling agent with 1% content (mass fraction) was reduced significantly and the impact strength of plastic was increased by 44% and the tensile strength was increased by 25%. The properties of plastic made by extrusion & compression process was better than that made by the rolling & compression process, but the color of plastic made by extrusion & compression process was tend to yellowing. PE-LD/potato starch plastic prepared by double roller plasticizing process had better brightness and excellent dispersion of potato starch, it could be applied to packing field that had higher requirement for brightness instead of corn slarch.
