多种抽芯机构脱模的护套注塑模设计

         

摘要

After analyzing the structure of the auto connector sheath,a twice parting injection mold with the layout form of one-mould one-cavity was designed based on UG NX. By using the CAE analysis and the design experience of the mold mechanism, the single pin-point gate location was reasonably selected. Considering those side concave and side hole features,a demoulding scheme was generated through system analysis. Then,the hydraulic pumping core mechanism,bend pin drawing core mechanisms, slanted-guide-pillar core-pulling mechanisms,slanting tip core mechanisms were designed. Aiming at the difficult problem of starved space in the mold,the double-layer synchronous ejecting mechanism was designed to avoid the space interference of the ejector rods and the slanting tip core mechanisms. It is certified that the structural design is reasonable,compact and stable. It provides a useful reference for the mold design of similar parts.%分析了汽车连接器护套的结构工艺性,基于UG NX平台设计了适用于该产品的一模一腔、两次分型注塑模具.根据CAE分析结果及模具机构设计经验,合理地选择了单个点浇口注塑位置.考虑到产品侧凹和侧孔等特征较多,通过系统分析生成了脱模解决方案,分别设计了液压外抽芯机构、弯销外抽芯机构、斜导柱外抽芯机构和斜顶内抽芯机构等不同类型的侧抽芯脱模机构.针对模内安装空间狭小的问题,特别设计了双层同步推出机构,有效地避免了推出元件和斜顶的空间干涉.实践证明,模具结构设计合理,结构紧凑,工作稳定,为同类产品的模具设计提供了有益参考.
