为分析低气压环境下,影响航天飞行器控制设备温升的因素,本文首先设计并搭建了低气压环境热测试实验平台,并利用该实验平台对控制设备的瞬时温度进行测试,以考察在不同影响因素下,例如热源分布、外界压强、热源时序工作等因素对设备温升的影响.应用ANSYS热分析软件对该设备进行热仿真模拟,通过对模拟结果与热测试数据进行比较,验证了热仿真模型的计算精度,为热设计提供数据支撑.%In order to analyze the factors which affect the temperature rise of spacecraft control equipment under low pressure environment,a thermal test platform of low pressure environment is built to test the instantaneous temperature of the control equipment in this paper.The differences of factors,such as heat source distribution,external pressure and time sequence of heat source,which effect the temperature rise of spacecraft control equipment are investigated.And then,a thermal simulation,using the thermal analysis software ANSYS,is performed on the control equipment.With the comparing of the simulation results and test data,the results show that the thermal simulation model has great calculation precision,which provides reference data support for thermal design.
