硝酸盐对电泳沉积钛基石墨烯冷阴极场发射性能的影响

         

摘要

Graphene cold cathode was prepared on titanium substrate by electrophoretic deposition. The effects of Mg(NO3)2·6H2O, Zn(NO3)2·6H2O, and Al(NO3)3·9H2O on surface morphology, composition, and field emission properties of graphene cold cathode were studied. The size and thickness of the home-made graphene oxide was characterized by atomic force microscopy (AFM). The surface structure and composition of graphene cold cathode were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). The field emission measurement indicates that the field emission properties of graphene cold cathode are affected by different nitrates applied. The graphene cathode prepared with Mg(NO3)2·6H2O has better field emission properties. Its turn-on field and threshold field are 3.3 V/μm and 6.3 V/μm, respectively.%采用电泳沉积的方法在金属钛片衬底上制备石墨烯冷阴极。研究了Mg(NO3)2·6H2O、Zn(NO3)2·6H2O和Al(NO3)3·9H2O对石墨烯冷阴极表面形貌、成分以及场发射性能的影响。用原子力显微镜(AFM)对自制氧化石墨烯的尺寸和厚度进行了表征,用扫描电镜(SEM)和傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)分析了石墨烯冷阴极表面的结构和组成。场发射测试结果表明:不同的硝酸盐对电泳制备的石墨烯冷阴极的场发射性能产生了影响。采用Mg(NO3)2·6H2O时,所得的石墨烯冷阴极场发射性能最好,开启场为3.3 V/μm,阈值场为6.3 V/μm。
