The meaning,basic elements and five principles of lean production were introduced.The necessity and difficulty of lean production in electroplating were analyzed.Some suggestions were presented for the implementation of lean production in electroplating plants.%介绍了精益生产的基本概念、构成要素和五大原则,分析了推行精益电镀加工的必要性和难度,给出了实施建议.
