微波组件馈电绝缘子装配工艺研究

摘要

馈电绝缘子由于其优良的供电和防射频信号泄露性能，广泛应用于微波组件。主要介绍了馈电绝缘子在微波组件盒体内的几种装配方式，以及馈电绝缘子与微组装芯片及基板的几种连接方法。使用推荐的装配工艺，经过筛选试验后，满足性能指标。研究结果对同类产品具有一定的指导作用。%Because of the excellent characteristic of feeding and protection from the leak of RF signal, the feed insulator is widely used in microwave modules. The assembly processing of the feed insulator assembled into the microwave module is recommended, the connecting method of the feed insulator and the micro assembled chip or the base plate is analyzed. The result shows that the good performance and indicators can be achieved after the screening test with the assembly processing recommended. The result has a certain guiding role for similar products.
