载运货车超载限制系统设计

摘要

Aiming at the problem of carrying truck overloading transportation at home and abroad,on-board weighing principles and methods is in-depth studies,on this basis,the system is designed which is a limiting system of overloading for truck based on on-board weighing technology and Controller Area Network(CAN) bus communication technology.The system can real-time monitor the total load and axle load of each axis and to assess the overloading conditions of vehicle,and it shows the vehicle’s load and axle load, when the vehicle is overloaded,the system communicates with CAN bus and to prevent the overloaded vehicle from starting.Thereby,it effectively reduces the risks of transportation of vehicle overloading from the source.%针对国内外载运货车超载运输的问题，深入分析了货车的称重原理和方法，并以此为理论基础，设计了基于车辆车载称重技术和CAN总线通信技术的载运货车超载限制系统。系统通过电阻应变传感器测量出货车钢板弹簧的应变，并进行相应的计算得出车辆总载荷和各轴的轴载，判断车辆是否超载，能够实时显示车辆各轴轴载和车辆总载荷。当车辆判定车辆超载后，超载限制系统与车辆CAN总线通信并限制车辆正常启动。从而有效的从源头降低了车辆超载运输的危害。
