一种机械零件尺寸自动测量方法的研究

摘要

This paper designs a kind of automatic measuring system based on high precision pressure sensor and servo motor.The measuring principle and program design of the system are introduced.The system can realize the automatic detection of the batch work piece,and it has certain reference value for the similar projects.%设计一种基于高精度压力传感器和伺服电机的机械零件尺寸自动测量系统，介绍了该系统的测量原理和程序设计，给出了计算零件尺寸的实用方法。该系统可实现批量工件的自动化检测，对同类项目有一定的参考价值。
