无痛人工流产术后人性化护理的效果分析

摘要

目的：探讨人性化护理对无痛人工流产术后患者的影响。方法将妇科收治的60例无痛人工流产女性作为研究对象，随机分为观察组（采取人性化护理）和对照组（采取常规护理），两组患者均为30例，分析对比两组患者护理后的效果。结果经过采取不同的护理措施，观察组患者术后疼痛程度明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组血量少于月经量的患者有17例，对照组为8例，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对于无痛人工流产术后患者而言，采取人性化护理措施，可以显著降低术后疼痛程度，是临床上理想的护理方法。%ObjectiveTo explore the influence of humanistic nursing on the patients undergoing painless abortion.Methods60 cases of painless artificial abortion of female Department of gynaecology treated as the research object, randomly divided into observation group (taking the humanized nursing) and control group (take routine nursing), two groups of patients were 30 cases, comparative analysis of two groups of patients after nursing effect.ResultsAfter taking different nursing measure, pain degree of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); observation group was less than the amount of menstrual blood in patients with 17 cases, 8 cases in the control group, the difference was statistically signifi cant (P<0.05); adverse reaction in observation group was signifi cantly lower than the control group and the difference was statistically signifi cant (P<0.05). ConclusionFor patients with painless artifi cial abortion, taking the humanized nursing measures can signifi cantly reduce the degree of postoperative pain,clinical nursing method is ideal.
