子宫内膜癌患者血清中STn、CA125的变化及临床意义

摘要

目的：探讨子宫内膜癌（EC）患者血清中STn、CA125的变化及临床意义。方法选择我院2013年1月～2015年1月收治的EC患者30例为EC组，再选取就同期健康女性40名为对照组。均取空腹血3 mL，分离血清，用罗氏E411全自动电化学分析仪，原装进口配套试剂，检测两组患者血清中STn、CA125的含量。结果 EC组STn、CA125阳性率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；EC组STn、CA125联合检测敏感性为58.0%。结论 EC患者血清中STn、CA125的阳性率随临床分期增加而增高，且STn、CA125联检敏感性增高，提示临床中应多项TM联检。%Objective To investigate the changes of serum STn and CA125 in patients with endometrial carcinoma (EC) and its clinical significance.Methods 30 cases of EC in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were selected as EC group, and 40 healthy women were selected as control group. Fasting blood was taken 3 mL, separated serum, using the Roche E411 automatic electrochemical analyzer, imported complete kit, detection of serum levels of STn, CA125 in two groups of patients. Results The positive rate of STn and EC in group CA125 was higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The joint detection sensitivity of CA125 and STn in group EC was 58%. Conclusion EC in the serum of patients with STN, CA125 positive rate with clinical stage increased and increased and STN, CA125 sensitivity increased, suggesting that the clinic should be multiple TM joint inspection.
