健康教育对老年精神病伴发糖尿病患者生活质量的影响分析

         

摘要

Objective: To observe the health education for Geriatric Psychiatry concomitant impact on the quality of life of diabetic patients. Methods:The patients in our hospital in 2013 Feb to May treated patients with diabetes mellitus Geriatric Psychiatry 168 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group 84 cases, 84 cases in the control group using conventional Methods care, health education system on the basis of the control group care. Two groups of patients were performed before and after treatment Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) and Anxiety Scale (HAMA) score, and for patients with diabetes knowledge score, while observing the differences between the two groups in terms of glycemic control.Results: In terms of the Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression (HAMD) and Anxiety Scale (HAMA), the observation group scores signiifcantly due to the control group, with a statistically signiifcant difference between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:Elderly psychosis associated with diabetes health education to improve the quality of life of patients can help patients recover better health.%目的:观察健康教育对于老年精神病伴发糖尿病患者生活质量的影响。方法:选取我院在2013年2-5月收治的老年精神病伴发糖尿病患者168例,随机分为观察组84例和对照组84例,对照组采用的是常规的方法进行护理,观察组患者在对照组护理的基础上进行系统的健康教育。两组患者在护理的前后分别进行汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和焦虑量表(HAMA)的评分,并且对患者进行糖尿病知识进行评分,同时观察两组患者在血糖控制方面的差异。结果:从汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和焦虑量表(HAMA)评分上看,观察组的评分明显要由于对照组,两组对比具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:对老年精神病伴发糖尿病患者进行健康教育能够提高患者的生活质量可帮助患者更好的恢复健康。
