健康教育对老年精神病伴发糖尿病患者生活质量的影响

         

摘要

Objective: To investigate the impact on quality of life of health education for the older patients with psychiatry accompanied by diabetes. Method; 168 cases with psychiatry accompanied by diabeteswere randomly divided into control group and observation group, and 84 cases were in each group. The control group was given conventional care, while the observation group was given system health education based on the conventional care, and then used Hamilton Depression Rating Scale ( HAMD) and Anxiety Scale ( HAMA) to assess before and after the nursing care. After that, we tested the scores of the diabetes knowledge in the two groups and observed the differences of them in blood glucose control. Result: The scores of HAMD and HAMA in the observation group was lower than which was in the control group, (P<0.05 ) ; after health education, the diabetes knowledge test scores and blood glucose control in the observation group were better than which were in the control group, (P<0.05). Conclusion; Health education for the quality of life of older patients with psychiatry accompanied by diabetes has significant impact, and it suggests that we should raise the importance degree of health education.%目的:探讨健康教育对于老年精神病伴发糖尿病患者生活质量的影响.方法:将我院牧治的168例老年精神病伴发糖尿病患者随机分为对照组和观察组,两组各84例,其中对照组仅给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予系统的健康教育.在护理前和护理后采用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和焦虑量表(HAMA)进行评定,并进行糖尿病知识测试评分,观察两组患者血糖控制情况的差异.结果:观察组的HAMD和HAMA值明显低于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);观察细在接受健康教育后的糖尿病知识测试评分以及血糖控制情况明显优于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论:健康教育对于老年精神病伴发糖尿病患者的生活质量有着很重要的影响,提示我们应该提高对健康教育的重视度.
