文拉法辛治疗抑郁症伴焦虑症患者的疗效及影响

摘要

目的：分析文拉法辛治疗抑郁症伴焦虑症的临床效果以及对患者产生的影响。方法选取2012年12月～2013年12月我院临床心理科收治的抑郁症伴焦虑症患者56例，将其随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用文拉法辛进行治疗，对照组采用氟西汀进行治疗，对比两组患者的疗效以及治疗过程中的反应变化。结果经治疗后，两组患者的病症症状出现明显改善，其中观察组患者在连续治疗1个疗程后，病症症状改善比率约为87%，对照组患者症状改善比率约为70%，对照组症状改善率明显低于观察组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论文拉法辛治疗抑郁症伴焦虑症具有较好的疗效，并且对患者的作用影响相对较小，值得临床推广和应用。%ObjectiveTo study the clinical effect of venlafaxine in treatment of depression associated with anxiety and its infl uence on the patients from.Methods56 cases of clinical psychological depression were selected in our hospital from December 2012 to December 2013.the patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group of two groups the patients in the observation group, the Vin Rafa Sin treatment, patients in the control group with fl uoxetine treatment, changes were observed in the two groups of patients the treatment effect and the treatment process.ResultsAfter treatment, two groups of patients with symptoms of illness appear signifi cantly improved, patients in the observation group after one course of treatment, continuous treatment, disease symptom improvement rate is about 87%, the control group patients symptoms improved the ratio of about 70%, The symptom improvement rate in the control group was signifi cantly lower than that in the observation group,The difference was statistically signifi cant (P<0.05).ConclusionVenlafaxine in the treatment of depression associated with anxiety has a relatively good therapeutic effect for patients, and the effect is relatively small, it is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
