个性化护理在前列腺增生合并糖尿病中的效果

ObjectiveEffect of individualized nursing intervention on the patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated with diabetes mellitus.MethodsCompared 2 groups of patients with clinical indicators.ResultsThe patients in the observation group the clinical indicators such as operative time, bleeding volume, length of hospital stay and complication probability signiifcantly better than the control group of patients, with signiifcant difference (P<0.05).ConclusionFor patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated with diabetes can better safeguard the clinical therapeutic effect in patients with perioperative application of individualized nursing intervention measures to shorten the time required for recovery and improves the quality of life of patients after operation, and has important clinical application value, it is worth attention and promotion.%目的：了解前列腺增生合并糖尿病患者应用个性化护理干预的效果。方法随机选取本院2012年6月～2014年6月收治的前列腺增生合并糖尿病患者100例，根据护理方案的不同将其分为对照组与观察组，各50例。对照组患者接受常规外科护理干预，观察组患者接受个性化手术护理干预措施，对比两组患者各项临床指标。结果观察组患者各项临床指标诸如手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间以及并发症发生率等显著优于对照组患者，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对前列腺增生合并糖尿病患者在围术期应用个性化护理干预措施能够更好保障患者效果，提升患者术后生活质量及缩短恢复所需时间，具有重要临床应用价值，值得重视与推广。
