液位-流量调节系统在气田污水处理中的应用

         

摘要

为解决国内某酸性气田集气总站污水处理效果不佳的问题,在工艺流程上增加污水缓冲罐的同时,在控制方面引入液位-流量串级均匀调节方案。此方案既稳定了污水缓冲罐的液位,又使进入污水汽提塔的污水流量的变化处于缓和、平稳状态。达到这一目标后,进入污水汽提塔的汽提气流量就能得到较好的控制,保证了污水和汽提气的配合比,从而提高了污水处理效果。%In order to solve the sewage treatment efifciency problem of a domestic sour gas ifeld gas-gathering central station, sewage buffer tank was increased in the process lfow, while the liquid level-lfow cascade-uniform regulating system was introduced in the control. This solution not only stabilizes liquid level of sewage buffer tank, but also makes the changes of sewage lfow into the sewage stripper in the moderate and smooth state. After this goal is achieved, the stripping gas lfow into the sewage stripper can get a better control to ensure sewage and stripping gas mixing ratio, so as to improve the sewage treatment effect.
