The design process of a miniature broadband frequency-conversion assembly based on millimeter wave frequency conversion technology and LTCC is introduced, which can meet the requirement of modern EW systems. According to measure results, the volume and weight of this miniature assembly reduce to 1/20 of the corresponding microwave assembly with the same func-tion. The key technologies and corresponding resolving methods are analyzed in detail.%针对现代电子战系统对小型化宽带变频组件的需求,采用毫米波二次变频方案和基于低温共烧陶瓷( LTCC)的一体化集成技术,设计了一种小型化宽带变频组件。测试结果表明,相比同等功能的微波混合集成产品,该组件在性能提升的前提下,体积重量可缩小到混合集成产品的1/20。同时总结并分析了小型化设计相关的关键电路与结构。
