一种基于电流环的温度测量系统

     

摘要

为了实现核电站的无电磁辐射在役设备的温度状态实时监测,提高设备使用安全性,设计并实现了一种满足核电站环境要求的基于电流环的有线温度测量系统.系统以C8051F系列单片机为控制器,用电流环实现有线数据传输,通过温度传感器DS18B20进行设备温度的实时获取,最后,应用后端模块时前端的温度数据进行接收和解析,并且实现测温结果在液晶屏上的直观显示.该系统目前已应用于多种核电设备中.%Currently,it is difficult to real-time monitor the temperature of the service equipment in non electromagnetic radiation environment of the nuclear power station.The paper proposed and implemented a cable temperature measurement system based on current loop,to meet the requirements of such circumstance usage and ensure the safety of in-use equipment.The single-chip processor C8051F made the dominating controlling of the proposed system.On the one hand,the current loop technology was responsible for cable data transmission.On the other hand,the equipment temperature was firstly real-time acquired thrgugh DS18B20,then was received and analyzed by the back-end modular,and finally was displayed on the LCD intuitively.The proposed system is widely employed in the nuclear power equipment at present.
