    • 摘要: To meet the requirement of checkout equipment of anti-surge control system for accuracy and real-time in plane field, the checkout equipment was designed according to the working process of anti-surge control system, which was based on the family of C8051F single chip microcomputer. The analog signals and digital signals were dealt by amplifying and rectifying in the first. Secondly, the signals were calculated and analysed by the single chip microcomputer. Finally, the results were displayed and printed. The location of the breakdown was found in a short time. The test result shows that, the checkout equipment, with full function, accurate measurement, small volume and light weight, can meet the current requirement of detection in the plane field.%针对航空发动机防喘系统外场检测设备笨重、测量速度慢等问题,根据外场维护时防喘系统的工作过程,以C8051F系列单片机为主控器,设计了航空发动机防喘系统检测仪。该检测仪首先利用放大和整流电路对来自防喘系统中的模拟信号和数字信号进行处理;其次,利用单片机对处理过的信号进行计算分析;最后,将计算出的结果在液晶显示器上显示或者经热敏打印机打印输出,根据测试数据快速判断故障位置。经过测试表明,该检测仪实现了应具备的检测功能,所测得的数据可靠,并且具备体积小、重量轻等优点,能满足发动机防喘系统外场检测要求。

    • 摘要: Nowadays there are so many angular encoders use SSI to output digital data. In this article, C8051F MCU’s digital peripheral Programmable Counter Array (PCA0)is used to design an interface to acquire the Synchronous Serial Interface (SSI). Through practical operation,it is verified that this design method is stable and reliable, also flexible,and in full compliance with the SSI protocol standard.%目前许多角度编码器将采集后的角度数字量通过SSI接口输出,供处理器读取。基于C8051F单片机内部所带PCA0可编程计数器阵列外设,设计一种适用于读取SSI接口信号的接口。通过实际应用运行,证明该设计方案稳定可靠,并且配置灵活,完全符合SSI接口协议标准。

    • 摘要: 为了实现核电站的无电磁辐射在役设备的温度状态实时监测,提高设备使用安全性,设计并实现了一种满足核电站环境要求的基于电流环的有线温度测量系统.系统以C8051F系列单片机为控制器,用电流环实现有线数据传输,通过温度传感器DS18B20进行设备温度的实时获取,最后,应用后端模块时前端的温度数据进行接收和解析,并且实现测温结果在液晶屏上的直观显示.该系统目前已应用于多种核电设备中.%Currently,it is difficult to real-time monitor the temperature of the service equipment in non electromagnetic radiation environment of the nuclear power station.The paper proposed and implemented a cable temperature measurement system based on current loop,to meet the requirements of such circumstance usage and ensure the safety of in-use equipment.The single-chip processor C8051F made the dominating controlling of the proposed system.On the one hand,the current loop technology was responsible for cable data transmission.On the other hand,the equipment temperature was firstly real-time acquired thrgugh DS18B20,then was received and analyzed by the back-end modular,and finally was displayed on the LCD intuitively.The proposed system is widely employed in the nuclear power equipment at present.

    • 摘要: Temperature stability and uniformity of heated godet roll shell directly affect the quality of chemical fiber drawing,so single-neuron PID control algorithm is applied to the temperature control system of heated draw roll and the proportion coefficient of neuron is adjusted sectionally,in order to adjust the temperature adaptively under different set temperatures,speeds and ambient temperatures.Rotary temperature transmitter solves the measurement and transmission of the temperature of the high-speed rotating part based on technology of non-contact power supply and infrared data transmission.Thermostat is designed based on C8051F410 MCU,which can control two rollers at the same time.The results show that the system is safe and reliable and has strong stability and anti-jamming capability,and the control accuracy achieves 0.3 °C; and the improved single-neuron PID exhibits good control performance,the oveshoot is less than 1.5% and the adjustment time is shorter than 8 minutes.%热辊导丝盘表面温度的稳定性和均匀性直接影响化纤丝的牵伸质量,为此将单神经元PID控制算法应用于热辊温控系统,并对该算法中神经元比例系数进行分段调整,以实现热辊温度在不同设定温度、不同转速、不同室温条件下的自适应控制.系统中旋变器采用非接触式供电及红外数据传输技术解决高速旋转部件温度的测量与变送.温控器采用完全集成的低功耗C8051F410单片机为控制核心,同时对2路热辊温度进行实时控制.结果表明:系统长期连续运行安全可靠,稳定性和抗干扰能力强,温度控制精度达到0.3°C;改进型单神经元PID温度控制性能良好,超调量小于1.5%,调节时间小于8 min.

    • 摘要: Measuring accuracy of temperature on the surface of heated drawing roller directly affects the control accuracy of the system, so a rotational temperature transmitter was designed to solve the problem of accurate temperature measurement of the rollers under high speed rotating and intense electromagnetic environment. The equipment used inductive coupled power transfer technology to supply non-contact power for its rotating part, C8O51F microcomputer with integrated analog-to-digital converter to complete temperature acquisition and processing, and infrared technology to solve the problem of data transmission of rotating part and anti-interference. The software design of transmitter adopted the sliding window filter for interference suppression and the method of piecewise linear interpolation for improving measurement accuracy. It is proved that when the rotation speed of the roller is as high as 8 000 r/min, non-contact power and infrared transmission work stably and the measurement accuracy can reach 0.1 °C. The running of over three months shows that the stability and measuring accuracy of the transmitter have reached the design requirements.%热牵伸辊表面温度测量精确度直接影响热牵伸辊温控系统的控制精度,为此设计了旋转温度变送器,以解决热牵伸辊在高速旋转和高电磁强度下的精确测温问题.设备采用感应耦合电能传输技术,为其旋转部件非接触供电,使用集成了数模转换器的C8051F单片机完成温度采集和处理,并利用红外技术解决旋转部件的数据传输和抗干扰问题.软件方面采用滑窗平均滤波算法抑制干扰,用分段线性插值法提高测温准确性.在辊体转速高达8 000 r/min的情况下,非接触式供电和红外数据传输稳定,温度测量精度达到0.1°C,3个多月运行结果表明,设备的稳定性及测量精度均达到设计要求.
