In order to improve the current method of electric vehicles charging and discharge device , serious harmonic pollution and low power factor, long charging time, poor dynamic performance, using the SVPWM control and fuzzy PID control to improve the existing charger. In order to verify the effectiveness of the charging and discharging system and the control strategy , it has been carried out in the matlab/simulink simulation platform , the results shows that the system can effectively realize the function of charging and discharging, the anti-interference performance of the system is obviously improved, and the dynamic response of good performance, small harmonic pollution.%为了改善当前电动汽车充放电方法谐波污染严重、功率因数低、充电时间长、动态性能差,采用了SVPWM控制和模糊PID控制对现有充放电器进行了改进.为了验证该充放电系统及所提出控制策略的有效性,在matlab/simulink平台上进行了仿真验证,结果表明该系统能有效地实现充放电的功能,系统的抗干扰性能明显提高,动态响应性能良好,谐波污染小.
