基于DSP的光电测试设备自动调平研究

             

摘要

针对各类光电测试设备的调平需求,在调平理论分析的基础上,提出了一种通用的四点支撑自动调平方案,给出了硬件及软件设计,可用于各类光电测试设备的自动调平。自动调平系统将倾角传感器、控制器和调平机构融合成一个有机整体,根据精密倾角传感器提供的倾角数值,利用角度误差调平理论,将支腿的移动量换算成驱动步进电机所需的脉冲数,由DSP产生脉冲信号驱动电机带动丝杆自动伸缩调整设备至水平状态,具有调平快速、准确、可靠的特点,具有良好的应用价值。%According to the leveling requirements of the different photoelectric test equipments, on the basis of analyzing the leveling theory, a general four-point automatic leveling solution is proposed, and the hardware and software designs are given, which can be used in the automatic leveling of all kinds of photoelectric test equipments. Automatic leveling system can integrate obliquity sensors, controller and leveling mechanism into an organic whole, according to the dip angle from the precise obliquity sensors and the leveling angle error theory, the outrigger displacement is converted to the required numbers of pulses which drive the stepping motor. The pulse signal which can be used to drive the motors is generated from the DSP controller, so the equipment can be adjusted to level by the screw retraction. This solution is rapid, accurate and reliable, which has the good value.
