天线反射面是雷达、卫星通信系统的关键设备之一,它直接关系到接收、发射信号的质量和系统的稳定性。碳纤维具有耐腐蚀、高强度、比重轻、膨胀系数几乎为零的特性,因此在天线的材料选择上得到广泛应用。文中主要分析了天线反射面成型模具对反射面成型精度的影响,并且为不同精度要求的天线反射面选择了合理的成型设计方案。%Antenna is one of the key equipment of radar and satellite communication system,not only signal quality of transmitting and receiving but also the system stability directly depends on it.Carbon Fiber features anti-corrosion,high strength,light specific density,and its expansion factor is nearly zero.Therefore,it is widely adopted as antenna material.In this article,the effects of formation mould on the accuracy of the formation of antenna reflecting surface are analyzed.Based on the analysis results,reasonable formation designs for antenna reflecting surface are selected according to different accuracy requirements.
