Investigation of the Planar Near-Field Measurement of a Reflector Antenna and aReflector-plus-Splash Plate Antenna System at X-band

This investigation is motivated by the difficulty of measuring certain multiplereflector antenna systems in a typical near field range configuration. The three primary objectives of this investigation are: (1) to investigate alternative planar near field measurement configurations, (2) to support computational simulation studies and (3) to investigate the performance of a particular dish plus splash plate antenna system.
