非接触式SF6密度继电器校验试验平台的研制

         

摘要

A test platform of non-contact SF6 density relay is designed to achieve the test on the SF6 density relay remotely in the non-contact way and to avoid the huge workload and the equipment loss in the traditional test. The test platform consists of the receiving component and the detection terminal and star-shaped network is composed by the radio frequency technology. The detection terminal is based on the detection circuit of Hall element for high-precision DC current to obtain the switch state of relay. In the receiving component, the output module with the electronic contact is used to simulate the state which is detected by the detection terminal. A test on the SF6 density relay is carried out by the platform and it is shown that the detection device for the current is with high-precision and wireless transmission for the switch state is reliable. The non-contact test is achieved remotely; the measurement and the collection are separated by the platform effectively and the efficiency is improved and the equipment loss and the hidden trouble are reduced.%设计了一种非接触式的SF6密度继电器校验试验平台,实现了非接触、远程方式的SF6密度继电器校验试验,避免了传统试验拆接线工作量巨大和损耗仪器设备等缺点.该试验平台由检测终端和接收端组成,采用射频技术组成星型网络,检测终端采用霍尔元件的高精度直流电流检测电路获取继电器开关状态,接收模块具有电子触点输出模块,用于模拟检测终端所检测到的开关状态.应用结果表明:电流检测装置精度高,开关状态无线传输可靠;实现了非接触、远程试验;平台将测量、采集等工序有效地分开,提高了工作效率、减少设备损耗与安全隐患.
