离心压缩机防喘振智能控制系统研究

         

摘要

通过对引起离心压缩机喘振现象原因地分析,提出了离心压缩机喘振智能控制方法,方法采用气压和转速双闭环控制,气压闭环采用模糊PID控制,转速闭环采用模糊自适应PID控制.并详细介绍了气压和转速闭环控制算法的推导过程以及实现的具体步骤,建立了电机转速与气压控制的仿真模型,仿真结果表明,控制算法可以使得系统工作点运行在安全工作区域内,优于传统的PID算法,大大提高了离心压缩机的安全和经济性能.%In this paper, analysis the reasons of surge ,the phenomenon caused by centrifugal compressor, put forward a centrifugal compressor surge intelligent control, the intelligent control system of the surge with two-loop control of pressure and speed, atmospheric pressure using fuzzy PID closed loop control, speed closed-loop using adaptive PID control, the article detailed the method of derivation and implementation of concrete steps of pressure and speed loop control, and under different control strategies in the motor speed and pressure control results were compared, the results show that the proposed control algorithm can keep system security operation in the security area, improve the safety of the centrifugal compressor and economic performance greatly.
