For the use of traction transformer with V/v Wiring, Some power quality problems in power grid caused by High-speed railway have appeared. This work shows a depth study of an advanced power quality conditioner, including the main circuit topology and control methods. The device is composed of multiple single-phase H-bridges modules with its DC bus connected logether, and access traction system with single-phase multi-winding transformer. Fixed DC voltage control strategy has applicated on one side of the H-bridges modules and the other side use fixed active power output control . The simulation of the conditioner based on EMTDC/PSCAD has presented to show that the proposed structure and control methods are effective, the device to achieve a negative sequence and harmonics compensation.%针对采用V/v牵引变压器供电的高速铁路给电网带来的电能质量问题,提出一种谐波负序调节器并进行了深入研究,包括其主电路拓扑结构和控制方法.主电路由多个单相H桥直流侧相连,构成背靠背结构,然后通过单相多绕组变压器接入牵引网.给出了调节器的控制策略,包括整流侧定直流电压控制策略和逆变侧定有功功率输出控制策略,用PSCAD/EMTDC软件对所提出的主电路拓扑结构和控制策略进行了仿真分析.仿真结果表明,所提出的主电路结构及控制方法是有效的,调节器实现了负序和谐波的综合补偿.
