汽车拉索弹性形变测试

             

摘要

为了提高汽车拉索弹性形变的测量精度,解决在传统工业生产中人工成本过高、生产效率低下、自动化水平偏低的现状,提出了基于LABVIEW虚拟仪器设计平台,采用NI CRIO-9074开发的一种智能化数据采集系统。实践证明:能够完成对汽车拉索的弹性形变测试功能,使测量的精度达到0.1%,测试的精度和自动化程度相较传统方法都有了显著地提高。%In order to improve the measurement accuracy of the elastic deformation of the automobile dragline,to resolve the status quo in the traditional industrial production i.e.high labor costs,low productivity and low level of automation a LABVIEW-based virtual platform for instrument design is proposed.It is a data acquisition system with intellectualization developed by NI CRIO-9074.Practice has proved that:The test system can complete the test function for elastic deformation of automobile dragline with the measurement accuracy up to 0.1%.In comparison to conventional methods its test accuracy and automation have been improved significantly.
