智能变电站装置网络流量处理模式及其测试研究

         

摘要

工业以太网技术和设备在智能变电站中的应用越来越广泛,以智能变电站智能终端为例,不仅装置的对外通信是基于以太网,而且装置内部CPU与FPGA、CPU与应用程序之间也都采用以太网通信,因此对以太网通信的可靠性要求更高,为了保证智能变电站通信的可靠性,结合智能终端装置通信功能设计的特点,分析了目前常见的智能终端通信设计方案,考虑到装置实际运行中通信遇到的各种异常工况,按照分层和分环节的思路,提出了新型的装置通信可靠性设计方案,提出了报文智能识别和报文分层过滤设计思路,并研究了通信测试方法.通过网络风暴测试和实际工程运行,充分验证了通信设计方案的正确性和可行性.%Industrial Ethernet technology and equipment is finding wider and wider application in the intelligent substation.Let's take the intelligent terminal of the intelligent substation as an example.The device does not only have its external communication based on Ethernet,but also adopts Ethernet communication between its CPU and FPGA and between the CPU and application programs,so that there is even a higher demand on the stability of Ethernet communication.To ensure the reliability of intelligent substation communication,under consideration of the characteristics of the design of the intelligent terminal's communication functions,an analysis was made of common design schemes for intelligent terminal communication.In view of various abnormal operating conditions in actual communication of the device,in line with the idea of processing by layer and by link,a presentation was made of a new device communication reliability design scheme,which proposed intelligent message identification and layered message filtering. Furthermore,a communication test approach was developed for the presented scheme.Network storm test and actual engineering operation has verified the correctness and feasibility of the communication design scheme.
