基于PC+运动控制板卡的银行自动盖章机设计

         

摘要

介绍了基于PC+运动控制板卡控制的银行自动盖章机的工作原理.针对传统盖章机的机械机构布局不合理、盖章位置不精确的缺点与手动盖章的现状,设计了自动盖章机的机械结构和电控系统.试验结果表明,基于PC+运动控制板卡控制的银行自动盖章机,机械结构布局紧凑合理,盖章位置控制精确,电控系统安全、方便.并利用Visual Studio语言编写了软件控制程序及人机交互界面.调试结果表明,利用自动化盖章设备代替传统手工操作,不仅具有操作方便,稳定可靠的性能,而且大大降低了人工劳动强度,提高了银行盖章效率.%The working principle of a bank automatic stamping machine based on PC + motion control card was introduced.In view of unreasonable mechanical layout of the traditional stamping machine,its inaccurate stamping position and present situation of manual stamping operation,the mechanical structure and electric control system for the machine was designed.Test results show that the bank automatic stamping machine based on PC + motion control card has a compact,reasonable mechanical structure layout,accurate control of stamping position,and safe,convenient electric control system.Furthermore,control programs and human-machine interface are compiled in Visual Studio.Test results show that automated stamping machine used in place of traditional manual operation can not only work conveniently,steadily and reliably,but also reduce labor intensity and raise bank stamping efficiency to a great extent.
