简介:为了提高灼热丝火焰高度测量的准确性,利用图像处理软件MATLAB对火焰图像进行灰度提取,根据灰度图像中火焰与背景的亮度差异,采用高斯—拉普拉斯算子进行火焰图像边缘的提取,采用工件尺寸的光学测量方法计算火焰高度。经过与传统方法的比较试验表明,该方法所测火焰高度数据准确,用于灼热丝火焰高度的检测是可行的。%In order to improve the glow-wire flame height measurement accuracy, it uses image processing software MATLAB to extract from grayscale the flame image. It uses the Gauss-La-place operator flame image edge extraction, according to flame and background brightness dif-ferences in grayscale images. And it uses the method of optical measurement of the size of the workpiece to calculate the height of the flame. Comparative test with a conventional method showed that the flame as measured by the method highly accurate data for the glow-wire flame height detection is feasible.
