双零软开关逆变弧焊电源的系统建模与仿真

             

摘要

为了克服硬开关式逆变弧焊电源存在的开关损耗大以及过电流、过电压等影响,建立了双零软开关逆变弧焊电源系统,分析了系统的工作原理;利用Matlab r2006a软件分别建立了双零软开关电路系统与硬开关系统的仿真模型,并对系统的特性进行了仿真.通过与硬开关系统的对比分析可以看出,软开关系统实现了超前臂的零电压开通和滞后臂的零电流关断,并获得了一套实现超前臂零电压开通、滞后臂零电流关断的系统参数.仿真结果表明,所建立的软开关系统的功耗与安全性等性能明显优于硬开关,且为软开关系统的优化设计提供了指导.%In order to overcome the effects of large switching losses,over-current,over-voltage which exist in hard-switching inverter welding power source,this paper established a double-zero soft-switching inverter arc welding power supply system and analyzed the working principle of the system,and established a double-zero soft-switching circuit system and the hard-switching system simulation model by using the Matlab r2006a software,and simulated characteristics of the system. Compared with the hard-switching system,we can see that the soft-switching system make zero-voltage of the leading leg turn-on and lagging leg zero-current turn-off, at the same time,a suit of simulated parameter which achieved ZVS of leading leg and ZCS of lagging leg were obtained.The simulation results show that the power and security of soft-switching system which we established is superior to hard-switching,which get the ready for optimizing the design of the soft-switching system.
