大型储罐倒装法施工立缝和环缝的组对工艺

摘要

In this paper,the group technology of vertical welding and girth welding on the inversion construction of large storage tank is presented.When the shell is lifted at the level of ihe shell course height,the new plates are put in place during the construction of large storage tank using jacking method.At the same time of the new plates put in place, vertical seams should be tinned up and welded and horizontal seams after then.Positioned welding isn't used to welding horizontal seams after tinning up.The productivity of this process is much higher than that of conventional method.%介绍了大型储罐倒装法施工立缝和环缝的组对工艺.倒装法采用先提升上层罐体,再围下层壁板的施工顺序.围下层壁板的同时,组对立缝；立缝焊接完成后组对环缝,且环缝组对不用定位焊.相对于正装法,倒装法施工立缝和环缝的组对效率有较大提高.
