METHOD FOR ANTECEDENTLY SETTING LARGE STEEL-FRAME COLUMN FOR CONSTRUCTING BUILDING INCLUSIVE OF SUPERSTRUCTURE BY INVERTED CONSTRUCTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for antecedently setting a large steel-frame column for constructing a building inclusive of a superstructure by an inverted construction method, which allows use of the large steel-frame column of the superstructure as a structural column, by antecedently setting the same together with the other structural columns, to thereby carry out underground work in parallel with ground work and shorten the entire construction period. SOLUTION: In parallel with construction of the structural columns of an underground structure of the building, excavation of a large-diameter shaft is executed at an installation site of the large steel-frame column of the superstructure together with assembly and building of an excavating unit earth-retaining form which can be dismantled and removed. Next, a temporary foundation is formed on a bottom of the excavated shaft, and then a substantial foundation is prepared thereon, followed by building and setting the large steel-frame column on the substantial foundation. The large steel-frame column is erected above the ground, and both the large steel-frame columns are connected together by a large steel-frame beam on the ground, to thereby complete the superstructure. Then, construction of the underground structure of the building is carried out by the inverted construction method, and an underground portion of the large steel-frame column is applied to the structural column by demolishing and removing the earth-retaining form. Further, construction of a ground structure using the superstructure is also carried out in parallel with the demolishing and removal.
