钢材焊接缺陷诊断专家系统的设计与实现

摘要

Considering the characteristics of weld defects,three models of system for steel welding defects diagnosis have been designed based on the idea of expert system,including welding defects managing,welding defects diagnosing and knowledge base managing. Corresponding conditions and rules in knowledge base have been summarized by collecting the knowledge of detecting steel welding defects.And the management function has been designed by the database language to realize good scalability of knowledge base. Furthermore,a forward inference engine which can realize fuzzy inference using confidence degree has been designed by computer language.The system can be used in automatic inference for steel welding defects and accumulation of detecting personnel's experience knowledge.%针对钢材焊接缺陷的特点,以专家系统的思想设计了钢材焊接缺陷诊断系统的焊接缺陷管理、焊接缺陷诊断和知识库管理三个模块.通过整理和总结钢材焊接缺陷检测的知识,归纳出相应知识库中的条件与规则,并利用数据库语言设计了相应的知识库管理功能,实现知识库良好的扩展性能.通过计算机语言设计正向推理机,并利用置信度来实现缺陷诊断的模糊推理.系统有效地实现了钢材焊接缺陷诊断的自动推理以及检测人员经验知识的积累.
