A method for diagnosing the syndrome of multiple organ failure in patients with critical states in obstetrics, based on expert system prediction of organ and system dysfunction, characterized in that, for the purpose of objectification indications for organizational, preventive and therapeutic measures in these patients revealed signs of organ and system failure confirmed by mathematical formulas for calculating the probability of the development of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome.
