脉冲双丝焊接机器人在装载机动臂上的应用

     

摘要

介绍了装载机动臂使用焊接机器人的策划过程及效果.对动臂的四角圆弧矩形焊缝在三维空间的焊接进行试验,验证焊接机器人的智能软件对不规则曲线焊缝能够实现船形连续多层焊接,能够通过寻位和焊缝跟踪功能满足外形尺寸精度不高的结构件的焊接;根据装载机动臂焊缝尺寸欠、连续性好的特点,采用脉冲、双丝、船形、连续、多层焊的焊接技术方案,提高焊接效率;采用双变位器的技术方案,焊接机器人能够连续工作,提高了设备利用率.通过全面批量应用,证明所采用的焊接机器人系统工艺适应性强、焊接稳定性好、焊接效率高.%This paper introduces plan and effect used welding robot on the loader boom.First welding line of anomalistic curve were obtained through welded experiments in three-dimensional space,test results show that welding robot can be used to weld irregular curve with multi-layer in the flat position by intelligent software,it is enable to address and track welding seam,to meet the welding requirements of construction workpiece with low precision outline dimension.According to the characteristics of loader boom,such as large size welding seam,good continuity,to adapt the welding technical programme with pulse, double-wire, flat position, continuous, multi-layer,to rise the welding efficient.And adopt the double welding positioner,welding robot can work continuously,so rise the utilization ratio of equipment. With batch application of welding robot with intelligent software,The experimental results show that the welding robot with intelligent software have the characteristics, including good suitability of system technique, good welding stability, high welding efficiency.
