基于Adams的框架断路器机构及触头系统动力学仿真

     

摘要

The closing force of the frame breaker is a positive indicator affecting the life of the circuit breaker. Firstly, a three-dimensional model is established through the three-dimensional software UG, and then the dynamics model between the operating mechanism and the dynamic and static contact in the frame breaker is established in the Adams software, and the movement between the components is set according to the actual motion relationship parameters, including damping coefficient, stiffness coefficient, force index, penetration depth, etc. Finally, the simulation model and experimental comparison are carried out to verify the correctness of the simulation model and its simulation results. Based on the correct dynamic model, the parameters of the three main springs in the optimization calculation mechanism of Adams provide a method for the correct matching of the closing force of the circuit breaker. At the same time, it provides an improved direction for circuit breaker life optimization and performance parameter improvement.%框架断路器合闸力是影响断路器寿命的重要指标.首先通过三维软件UG建立了三维模型,然后导入Adams软件中建立了框架断路器中操作机构与动静触头之间的动力学模型,并根据实际运动关系设置各个零部件之间在运动过程中的参数,包括阻尼系数、刚度系数、力指数、渗透深度等,最后通过仿真分析与实验对比,验证了仿真模型及其仿真结果的正确性.在正确建立动力学模型基础上,通过Adams的优化计算机构中3种主要弹簧的参数,为断路器合闸力的正确匹配提供了一种方法,同时为断路器寿命优化及性能参数的提升提供了改进方向.
