分时电价机制下的微网经济调度

         

摘要

Economic dispatch is one of the key research subjects of microgrid. In order to achieve the optimal dis⁃patch of microgrid under time⁃of⁃use ( TOU) price mechanism, an economic dispatch method for microgrid based on catfish binary particle swarm optimization ( CBPSO) algorithm is proposed. This paper, considering the start and stop control strategy of controllable microsources in microgrid, established an economic dispatch mathematical model which took into account the economic cost and environmental benefit of microgrid. Catfish effect which comes from economics was introduced into BPSO algorithm to solve the problem. Three operation strategies of microgrid were applied in the simulation example. Simulation results validated the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.%微网的经济调度是微网的重点研究内容之一。为解决分时电价机制下微网的经济调度问题,提出一种基于鲶鱼二进制粒子群算法的微网经济调度方法。考虑了微网中可控型微电源的启停控制策略,建立了计及经济成本和环境效益的微网经济调度数学模型。引入经济学中的鲶鱼效应,改进二进制粒子群优化算法求解问题。以包含风、光、微型燃气轮机、燃料电池和柴油发电机的具体微网为算例,在分时电价机制下,采用三种微网经济调度策略进行仿真,仿真结果验证了所提算法求解微网经济调度问题的有效性。
