基于分时电价机制的并网型微网多目标动态优化调度

         

摘要

For the optimal dispatching problems of connected-microgrid,an operating dispatching method combining fixed dispatching strategy of energy storage unit and dynamic optimal dispatching of controlled microsource based on time-of-use (TOU) power price mechanism is proposed.Considering system constraints such as the power balance,loss of power supply probability as well as output characteristic of controlled microsource,this paper,reckoning the charging/discharging depreciation cost of storage batteries and the power exchanging cost/benefit between microgrid and power gird into operating economic cost,and pollutant emissions generated by the microgrid and power grid into environment harness cost,establishes a multiobjective dynamic optimal dispatching model.The improved multiobjective optimization genetic algorithm NSGA-Ⅱ based on a tent maps chaos population initialization method and NDX crossover operator to product offspring is applied to optimize the output power of controlled microsource.Finally,taking a wind/PW diesel/fuel-cell/battery hybrid grid-connected microgrid system for a simulation example,the rationality of the proposed model and effectiveness of the method are verified.%针对并网条件下的微网优化调度问题,提出一种基于分时电价机制下的储能单元固定调度策略与可控微源动态优化调度相结合的微网运行调度方法.考虑系统功率平衡、失荷率及各种微源出力特性等主要约束,将储能蓄电池充放电折旧成本和与电网能量交换成本-收益计入运行经济成本,微网及电网侧发电污染物排放计入环境成本,建立了并网型微网多目标动态优化调度模型.并采用基于Tent映射混沌种群初始化方法和NDX交叉算子产生子代的多目标遗传算法NSGA-Ⅱ优化系统内部可控微源出力.最后以风/光/柴/燃/储并网型微网系统进行算例仿真,验证所提模型合理性和求解方法的有效性.
