Energy scavenging converter converts electric field energy to power,which is the principal element of smart monitoring unit for on-site self-powering. The finite element method is used to build the model of the plate-type energy scavenging converter,the impacts of its structural parameters on conversion performance are analyzed,and its adaptability to the change of electric field is discussed. A topological design of spherical energy scavenging converter is proposed and modeled,and the simulative results show that.it is better than plate-type one in output voltage,induced charge and inner electric field distribution, suitable for more complicated and severe electromagnetic environment.%集能转换器将外界电场能转变为电能,是智能监测单元实现现场自供能的核心部件.采用有限元方法对典型平板式集能转换器进行建模仿真,分析了平板式集能转换器的结构参数对集能转换器性能的影响以及集能转换器对外界变化电场的适应性.提出了一种新型的球形集能转换器拓扑设计并对其建模仿真,仿真结果表明,新型球形集能转换器在输出电压、感应电荷量、内部电场分布等方面均比平板式转换器都更具技术优势,能够适用于更加复杂苛刻的电场环境.
