基于滑模故障观测器的风能转换系统双频环最优容错控制

         

摘要

In order to improve the operational ability of WECS(Wind Energy Conversion System) in complex and poor conditions,an optimal fault-tolerant controller is designed based on sliding mode fault observer for unknown fault. According to the multiple time-scale of wind speed ,the nonlinear mechanical model is built for WECS. With the consideration of sensor fault,a flexibly-coupled dual-frequency-loop model is built. The static optimal PI control is used in the low-frequency-loop and the sliding mode fault observer is applied in the high-frequency-loop to detect the sensor fault and the system state. The optimal fault-tolerant control is applied to ensure the normal operation of system in case of sensor fault and to maximize the efficiency of captured wind energy under rated wind speed. Simulative results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.%为提高风能转换系统在复杂恶劣的环境下正常运行的能力,针对未知故障,设计了基于滑模故障观测器的最优客错控制器.根据风速的多时间尺度特性,建立风能转换系统非线性机理模型.考虑传感器故障,建立风能转换系统的变桨距双频环模型.低频环采用PI稳态优化控制方法,高频环利用滑模故障观测器对未知故障和系统状态进行检测,采用最优容错控制方法,以保证传感器发生故障时系统的正常运行,实现了额定风速以下风能的最大捕获.仿真结果验证了所提方法的有效性.
