纯电动汽车电动助力转向系统驱动装置设计

     

摘要

A drive unit on electric power steering system of electric vehicle was designed. The internal functional module was produced and the bootstrap circuit, the MOS transistor's parallel structure were designed. The unit had the integrated functions of H-bridge drive, motor armature current detect, MOS transistors drain current monitoring and protection and motor's under-voltage protection. At the base of PWM converter functional testing, the duty cycle output was reasonable and had low pulse peak interference. It had the features of high integration, high reliability, low power losses, easy to use and adapted to the security, energy saving and environmental protection requirements.%设计了一种适用于纯电动汽车电动助力转向系统的驱动装置,提出了内部功能模块结构,设计了自举电路、MOS管的并联结构.该装置集成了 H桥驱动、电机电枢电流检测、MOS管漏极电流监控与保护及电机欠电压保护等功能,经过对脉宽调制(PWM)变换器的功能测试,该装置占空比输出控制合理、脉峰干扰小,具有集成度高、可靠性好、功耗损失小和使用方便等特点,适应汽车工业对安全、节能、环保的要求.
