创业教育的价值取向、知识结构与实施策略

     

摘要

创业教育是试图影响人的创业行为的教育。创业教育价值之首即人的全面而自由的发展。我国创业教育可依循以下实施路径,确立着眼于自我实现的创业教育价值取向:促进创业者自我实现的价值、促进每个人自我实现的价值和为创业活动赋予道德价值;构筑基于创业实现的创业教育知识结构:联想能力、对潜在利润的敏感能力和运用制度知识的能力;探索立足于专业发展的创业教育实施策略:增进对创业教育战略背景的共识,建设富有实效的创业教育课程体系,通过制度创新建设专家化师资队伍,推动和促进中国高校创业教育的专业化发展进程。%Entrepreneurship education refers to the education attempting to influence people's behavior in initiating an enterprise. The first priority of the core values of entrepreneurship education is the full and free development of humans. Entrepreneurship education in China can be implemented along the following paths: establishing the value orientation of entrepreneurship education focusing on self-realization, promoting the value of self-realization of entrepreneurs and each person, and giving moral value to entrepreneurial activity; building an enterprise-starting-informed knowledge structure of entrepreneurship education: the associative ability, the sensitivity to potential profits and the ability to make use of system knowledge; exploring implementation strategy of entrepreneurship education based on professional development: promoting a consensus on the strategic context of entrepreneurship education, establishing a highly effective curriculum system for entrepreneurship education and building a team of expert teachers through institutional innovation to promote and facilitate the process on professional development on entrepreneurship education in China.
