基于民族地区资源优势的食品科学与工程专业特色课程建设

         

摘要

Based on the features and advantages of ethnic culture and food industry,Department of Food Science and Engineering of Yanbian University opened two special courses,"traditional Korean food science" and "Korean foot cuisine". In recent years,in order to improve the employment status of our students,we have promoted the re-search and innovation of our teaching contents and methods,strengthened construction of the teaching staff,teaching material,laboratory and practice base,effectively improved the teaching effect of our featured courses,and laid a foun-dation for training innovative and application- oriented talents who can serve the local economy.%延边大学食品科学与工程专业结合地方民族文化和食品产业特色及优势,开设了《朝鲜族传统食品学》和《韩食料理》2门特色课程。近几年以学生就业为导向,深化教学内容和方法的研究与改革,加强了师资队伍建设、教材建设、实验教学建设、实践教学基地建设和产学合作,切实提高了特色课程的教学效果,为培养服务于地方经济的创新型、应用型人才奠定了基础。
