教师区分性效能——教师效能评价的新方向

     

摘要

The focus of research on teacher effectiveness evaluation gradually changes from the common characteristics of teacher effectiveness to exploration the distinguishing characteristics of teacher effec-tiveness.Based on the previous research results,this article proposes the concept of differentiated teacher effectiveness,sums up the research progress and the methods of assessment,and make some suggestions on how to apply the differentiated effectiveness in the field of education evaluation practice.It is proposed to introduce differentiated teacher effectiveness evaluation in the existing teacher evaluation system to im-prove the scientific level of teacher evaluation.It is also recommended that teachers be guided in self-re-flection and self-improvement during the evaluation process.Furthermore,teachers are advised to con-duct their research of teaching and teacher training based on the evaluation feedback to achieve profession-al growth.%教师效能评价研究渐渐从关注教师效能的共同特征走向探究教师效能的区分性特征,在此研究趋势下,本研究根据前人研究结果提出教师区分性效能概念,归纳了研究进展及其评价方法,并重点阐述了在实践中应用区分性效能的对策建议.在教育评价实践领域,一方面,建议在现有教师评价体系中引入教师区分性效能评价,提高教师评价科学化水平;另一方面,建议在评价过程中引导教师进行自我反思和自我改进,并根据评价结果开展教研工作和教师培训工作,帮助教师专业成长.
