教育能够促进工作转换吗--基于CHNS数据的实证分析

         

摘要

This pap er mainly talks about the influence of education on job mobility by controlling individuals' characteristics and job factors .We also use the data of"China Health and Nutrition Survey", which has taken several surveys in the last decades. We find that education has a negative impact on job mobility. The one with higher level of education will be less likely to change jobs, and this relevant is more significant for woman. In addition, we consider the heterogeneity of sectors, and find that ones with higher education level are less likely to change job in the state sector, while in the private sector, the probability of job mobility is higher for the more educated.%本研究利用“中国健康与营养健康调查”的跨年度数据,在控制个人特征和工作特征的影响下,探讨教育对个体工作转换的影响。实证研究表明:个体的受教育程度越高,其工作转换的概率越低。进一步的研究发现,女性相较于男性,教育对工作转换的负向作用更加明显;公有部门中的劳动者受教育程度越高,工作转换的概率越低;而相反的是,私有部门中的劳动者受教育程度越高,工作转换的概率越高。
