论高等职业教育与产业发展协同创新的逻辑与机制

         

摘要

现代职业教育发展需要多部门、多主体的共同参与,产学合作是基本要素。第三次工业革命背景下,培养技能型创新人才和转变企业技术创新模式要求构建高等职业教育与产业发展协同创新机制。从开放科学视角看,高等职业教育与产业发展协同创新行动是基于主体创新能力异质性这一基本内在逻辑而展开的。基于理论研究和案例分析,高等职业教育与产业发展协同创新要围绕建立产学多元主体共同愿景、校企微观主体共同利益基础和协同创新框架系统序参量,构建校企多元主体协同、价值整合、利益整合、资源整合以及协同实施的长效机制。%Modern vocational education development needs the participation of multi- departments and multi-subjects, while the education-industry cooperation is the essence. Under the background of the Third Industry Revolution, to construct a mechanism of collaborative innovation in modern vocational education and industry is a response to foster innovational skilled talents and transference of technology innovation models. The heterogeneity of subject innovation abilityis the inner logic of collaborative innovation in modern vocational education and industrial development from the perspective of open science. Based on the theory study and case analysis, collaborative innovation should be built on shared vision of multi- subjects of the education- industry, common interest of individual body and order parameters of the collaborative innovation framework, and the subject collaboration between schools and cooperations, the integration of value, interest and resource may lead to the construction of long term mechanism of collaborative innovation activities.
