创业投资对创业板上市企业经营绩效的影响研究

摘要

The influence of venture capital on the GEM Listing Corporation operating performance in relation to the development of venture capital industry and gem, select four indicators of net income, net assets per share earnings ratio, return on total assets and sales profit rate , compared with a VC backed and non venture backed enterprises operating performance if there is significant difference, the research result shows that the management performance of venture capital on the growth enterprise market of listing Corporation has a positive role in promoting.%创业投资对创业板上市公司经营绩效的影响关系到创投行业和创业板的发展，选取每股净收益、净资产收益率、总资产收益率和销售利润率四个指标，比较有创投支持和无创投支持企业的经营绩效是否存在显著差别，研究结果表明：创业投资对创业板上市公司的经营绩效具有正向的促进作用。
