对我国地方政府债务问题的思考

摘要

地方政府债务问题一直以来是我国财政体系急需解决的问题之一，虽然新《预算法》已允许经批准的省级地方政府发行债券，可以让政府债务更加透明化，但要真正解决目前规模庞大的地方政府债务问题，还需从根源上进行分析，进而采取有针对性的措施予以控制和管理。%The problem of local government debt has been one of the urgent need to solve the problem of the finance system in our country , although the provincial government new"budget law"has allowed the approved the issuance of bonds ,can make government debt more transparent,but to really solve the problem of large scale of local government debt,also need to analyze from the root,and then take to control and management of specific measures.
